Me gusta darme una vuelta de vez en cuando por theoutnet.com para ver que novedades tienen y hoy casualmente me encontre con unas ofertas más que interesantes.

Los estampados de Emilio Pucci son mundialmente conocidos por sus colores caleidoscopicos y diseños geometricos y se han convertido en un clásico, con una historia que data de 1950.

Por eso me llamaron la atención estos pañuelos, que están con 65% de descuento, entre los USD 94 y USD 130, un precio más que tentador considerando que estas hermosas piezas de seda dificilmente pasen de moda.

También podemos encontrar en esta página, pañuelos de Christian Lacroix desde USD50 y de Dior por USD80 aunque yo personalmente me quedo con los de Pucci. Besos!

Once in a while I like browsing through theoutnet.com to see what's new and today I found some more than interesting things .

Emilio Pucci's prints are world famours for their kaleidoscopic colors and geometric designs and have become a total classic.

That's why these scarves caught my eye, they have a 65% discount, and are between the $94 and $130, a more than tempting price considering that these beautiful silk pieces will hardly go out of fashion as they've been out since early 50's.

We can also find at theoutnet.com Christian Lacroix's scarves for $50 and Dior's for $80 but I personally would go for the ones from Pucci. xx

Tuesday Child

Se vino el frío! Que lindo poder sacar al fin todas esas prendas que venía juntando en el ropero esperando que baje un poco la temperatura. Les dejo algunos de mis looks preferidos para inspirarnos esta semana, un beso!

#3: Caminar bajo la lluvia / Walk under the rain

Perdón por la falta de posts en los últimos días, estuve a mil con una entrega de la facultad sin siquiera dormir más de 4 horas por día. Justamente en medio del caos de la entrega, me acordé de una de esas cosas que por más simple que sea me hace tan bien.

Estaba corriendo abajo de la lluvia para imprimir los paneles que tenía que entregar y agarré por una parte de la ciudad que me fascina que es la bajada Sargento Cabral con la vieja Aduana de fondo y unas casonas antiguas increíbles. Y en ese momento, cuando hacía unos instantes había estado al borde del ataque de nervios, estar ahí, con la lluvia y ese entorno, las calles de adoquines, el bar la aduana... me pareció tan hermoso que me hizo sonreír y olvidarme por un minuto de todos los problemas que traía encima.

Así que para la próxima que esté a punto de explotar, espero que llueva porque ya se a donde ir. Que tengan un lindo casi viernes! Besos!

Sorry for the lack of posts lately, I've been like crazy with a project without even sleeping more than 4 hours a day. It was in the middle of that chaos, when I remembered one of those simple things that do me so well.

I was rain a lot and I was running to print some panels I had to present and I took through a part of the city that I love which is the Sargento Cabral street with the old Customhouse at the end and big old houses. In that moment, when I'd been a the border of a nerve attack , being there with the rain and that beautiful surrounding, seemed so incredible to me that made me smile and forget for a minute all my problems.

So, the next time I'm about to explode, I hope it rains because I know where to go.

Mientras que los pantalones rojos y verde militar son furor para este otoño/invierno, ya podemos ir anticipando los tonos pasteles para la primavera. Red and military green jeans were everywhere last winter and now with the arrive of spring pastel colors fill out closet and pants are no exception.

A primera vista la idea no me pareció muy tentadora, me hizo acordar a esos jeans horribles que se usaban cuando estaba en la secundaria con lavados en lila o turquesa (puaj!) pero después de ver varios looks como el de Cameron Díaz o Leann Rimes, me terminaron de convencer. At first sight the idea wasn't very appealing to me, they reminded me of those awful jeans I used to wear when I was at high school with different color washes. But after seeing a couple of looks like the ones from Cameron Díaz or Leann Rimes, I was finally convinced.

Me parece que la clave está en combinarlos con colores neutros, quedan bárbaros con, la nueva estrella, el nude; marrón y crema. Por supuesto que también van bien con el blanco, para un look muy fresco. I think that the key is to match them with neutral colors, they look specially beautiful with cream, tan and nude. Of course, you can also wear them with white for a very fresh look.

En una época donde en todos lados se ve lo mismo, es difícil encontrar piezas únicas y con personalidad. Por eso me llamaron tanto la atención estos anillos de la tienda Oldgoldboutique.com, son hermosos, super originales y a buen precio. Lamentablemente son de Canadá pero (gracias a dios por la tecnología) ofrecen envío a todo el mundo. Espero que no sea muy caro porque yo quiero aunque sea uno!

Nowadays that we see everywhere the same, it’s hard to find unique pieces with personality. That’s why these rings from OldGoldboutique.com caught my eye, they are beautiful, so original and at good price. Unfortunately they made in Canada but (thank God for technology), they offer worldwide shipping. I hope it’s not too expensive because I want at least one!

Solero Alice - Complot

Mi mamá me diría que siempre me elijo el mismo tipo de vestido y puede que sea cierto. Es un poco como con los hombres, siempre busco (o termino con) lo mismo. Pero, por lo menos en cuanto a vestidos se refiere, no me importa y este solero me enamoró desde el primer día que lo vi. Ayer pasé por un local y no tenían en mi talle y de nuevo, como con los hombres, cuanto más difícil se hace la cosa, más lo quiero. Pero no se preocupen, ya le va a llegar la hora!

My mom would say that I always pick the same kind of dresses and it might be true. It's a little bit as with men, I always look (or end up with) the same. But, at least to what refers to dresses, I don't really care and in this case it was love at first sight. Yesterday I went to buy it but they didn't have it on my size and again, as with men, the harder it gets the more I want it. But don't worry, your time will come!

Cuantas veces nos pasamos el día entero preocupándonos por nimiedades (por no usar otra palabra…), quejándonos hasta de nuestras propias quejas. Una de mis metas para este año es dejar un poco de lado esas cosas y focalizarme en lo bueno, que es mucho aunque a veces no lo vea.

Por eso voy a dedicar los jueves a publicar cosas, lo que sea, por más simple que sea, que me hace feliz. Espero que se prendan y cuenten que los pone bien a ustedes porque estoy convencida que buena onda atrae más buena onda. Que tengan un lindo jueves!

How many times we spend the whole day worrying about little things, complaining even about our own complains. One of my goals for this year is to leave aside those things and focalize in the good ones, that are a lot even though sometimes we don’t see them.
